- 1 tsp corriander
- 1 tsp chilli powder
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp honey
- Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1 crush garlic clove
- 1 Tbs of tomato purée
- squeeze of lemon juice
Method
- STEP 1Toast the spices and mix everything else together. Add a coupl if tablespoons of olive oil.
