Sweet and spicey harrissa

Ingredients

  • 1 tsp corriander
  • 1 tsp chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp honey
  • Pinch of salt and pepper
  • 1 crush garlic clove
  • 1 Tbs of tomato purée
  • squeeze of lemon juice

Method

  • STEP 1
    Toast the spices and mix everything else together. Add a coupl if tablespoons of olive oil.
