  • 2 Chicken Breasts (diced)
  • Salt (1 tsp)
  • Pepper (1/2 tsp)
  • Garlic (2 Cloves)
  • 1 Red Pepper
  • Soy Sauce (2 tbsp)
  • Ketchup (1 tbsp)
  • Cider Vinegar (1 tbsp)
  • Egg Noodles (250g)

    Method

    • step 1

      Cook chicken, salt and pepper together in a pan until white, then remove from pan.
    • step 2

      Cook garlic and pepper together until beginning to brown. Then add soy sauce, ketchup and cider vinegar and stir until mixed.
    • step 3

      Add chicken and then noodles and mix until noodles are cooked through with sauce
