Ingredients
- 65g brown rice
- 1 ripe banana
- 4 small button mushrooms
Method
- STEP 1Cook rice in a microwavable bowl for around 20 minutes, checking water levels regularly.
- STEP 2Meanwhile, slice the banana and mushroom (can then be cooked if desired).
- STEP 3Immediately on removing the cooked rice from the microwave, add in the mushrooms and banana and mix together. This will take the edge off the raw mushrooms. Serve and enjoy!
