deliciosly crispy cookies with bright colours - loved by kids and adults!

  • 150g softened butter
  • 150g caster sugar
  • 225g s.r flour
  • 1 tbsp milk
  • 100g m & m's


    1. cream butter and sugar untill light and fluffy
    2. add sifted flour and milk. mix until all combined.
    3. add m & m's and mix in.
    4. roll into 20 balls, place on greased baking sheet/sheets and flatten with fork.
    5. Bake in oven 190 C 15 mins then allow to cool 1-2 hours and enjoy!!

I made this as a Christmas Present for my friends and they loved it. It is easy and simple to do. 1 tip: Don't grease the pan too much, it got too greasy and the bottom was greasy, but that was just me.

Can you use brown sugar instead of caster sugar
