- 6oz Caster Sugar
- 4oz Butter
- 2 Lrg Egg
- 2lb Apples, peeled, chopped and cored)
Method
- STEP 1Sieve Flour with Salt Cream sugar and butter together until soft Beat in eggs Add Sieved flour Stir in chopped apples
- STEP 2Turn mixture into a dish Bake 190 for approx 45 mins until golden brown Turn out and sprinkle with water
