GF/DF/SF banana bread

Gluten, dairy and sugar free cocoa banana bread.
- 2 very ripe large bananas
- 3 eggs
- gluten free flour blend
- baking powder
- cocoa powder
- pinch of salt
- 2 teaspoons of olive oil
- olive butter to grease the baking dish
- STEP 1mash the bananas, add eggs, add flour, baking powder, cocoa powder, pinch of salt and olive oil, mix well together
- STEP 2grease and flour the baking dish, pour mixture in there and bake for about half an hour on 140 degress
