GF/DF/SF banana bread

Gluten, dairy and sugar free cocoa banana bread.


  • 2 very ripe large bananas
  • 3 eggs
  • gluten free flour blend
  • baking powder
  • cocoa powder
  • pinch of salt
  • 2 teaspoons of olive oil
  • olive butter to grease the baking dish


  • STEP 1
    mash the bananas, add eggs, add flour, baking powder, cocoa powder, pinch of salt and olive oil, mix well together
  • STEP 2
    grease and flour the baking dish, pour mixture in there and bake for about half an hour on 140 degress
