Olive and Tuna Linguine

Ingredients
- 1 x 200g tin of tuna, drained
- 200g can chopped tomatoes
- 50g black olives, pitted
- 1 tsp oregano, dried
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 100g dried linguine
Method
- STEP 1Cook the pasta according to packet instructions.
- STEP 2Meanwhile, heat the oil in a saucepan. Slice the olives and add to the pan.
- STEP 3Add the chopped tomatoes and oregano. Simmer for 20 minutes.
- STEP 4Break the tuna into the pan and simmer for 5 minutes.
- STEP 5Drain the pasta and stir into the sauce.
