
Turmeric, fig and banana smoothie

This smoothie is great for is your feeling bloated and will keep you satisfied until lunch time.

- 1 frozen banana
- 1 frozen fig
- 1/2 cup coconut water
- 1 cup milk
- 1tbs chia seeds
- 1tbs linseed
- 1tsp turmeric powder
- 1tsp cinnamon powder
Method
step 1
Add all ingredients to a blender and wait 15 minutes for the fruit to soften and the chia seeds to absorb some of the moisture. Blend together and enjoy!
