In a measuring cup, combine the chia seeds and the coconut milk. You can also use any other dairy alternative that you like. Stir in the matcha powder and mix until fully combined with no lumps (except for the chia of course).
Add a few blueberries to four small glass jars. Pour over the chia mixture evenly, tapping the jars lightly on the bench to distribute the mixture. Leave to set in the fridge for at least four hours before serving.
