Chicken wrapped in Parma Ham

Chicken strips wrapped in parma ham. Salad with lemon/salt dressing. Small ramekin with cranberry/onion chutney.

  • 3 strips of chicken per person
  • 1 strip of parma ham per strip of chicken
  • 2 salad bags
  • 1 tbsp chutney per person
  • 1 lemon - juiced for salad dressing


    1. Wrap chicken with 1 strip of parma ham
    2. Place on a baking tray & cook for 14 minutes
    3. Juice lemon over salad & sprinkle with salt
    4. Place salad in bottom of bowl with small ramekin in middle with chutney inside. Place each chicken strip round ramikin & serve
