A homemade vegetable soup that will warm you up, aswell as it being healthy.
- 1 litre vegetable stock
- 100g broccoli
- 100g sweetcorn
- 1-2 diced potatoes
- STEP 1Bring 1 litre of vegetable stock to boiling point. Then add the sweetcorn and broccoli to the stock mixture.
- STEP 2Peel and cut the potato, then dice. Add the dice potatoes to the boiling stock mixture.
- STEP 3Boil the soup for 10 minutes and then serve.
