A White Chocolate Cheesecake with a chocolate biscuit base

  • 42g butter
  • 56g dark chocolate
  • 200g ginger biscuits
  • 150g White Chocolate
  • 250g Philidelphia Cheese
  • 150g Greek Yoghurt
  • 85g Caster Sugar
  • 284ml Double Cream


    1. Grease 8-9" spring form tin.
    2. Melt butter and dark chocolate together. Stir in crushed ginger biscuits and press in tin. Chill.
    3. Melt all white chocolate in a bowl over simmering water.
    4. Quickly in a bowl, mix the white chocolate, philly cheese and greek yoghurt.
    5. Spread onto the biscuit base in the tin and chill for at least 4 hours. Grate dark chocolate on top when serving.
