Ingredients

  • 2 Jonagold apples
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 20g butter

Method

  • STEP 1
    Peel and core the apples.
  • STEP 2
    Melt the butter over a low heat.
  • STEP 3
    Cut the apples into thin slices.
  • STEP 4
    Add them to the pot and sprinkle the cinnamon and sugar on top of the apples.
  • STEP 5
    Cook for 8 minutes, stirring the apples frequently.
  • STEP 6
    Serve warm with ice-cream.
