step 1
Preheat oven to 170C/fan150C/gas 5

Cut the potatoes into wedges (do not peal its the best bit :)

in a baking tray put potaotes in tray with chilli , and honey and olive oil . (it depends on how sweet you want the wedges add allot it you like it sweet add a little if you dont like it sweet at same for the chillies)

with your hands or a spoon stir everything together
step 5
Chuck potatoes at top of oven for 10 mins take out stire potatoes and turn over put in for another 7 mins . :)
