Lovely Apple Crumble

For The Crumble

  • 300g Plain Flour, Pinch of salt
  • 175g Sugar
  • 200g Butter

For The Filling

  • 400g Apples (Peeled)
  • 50g Sugar
  • 1 tbsp Plain Flour
  • 1 Pinch of Ground Cinnamon


  1. Pre-heat the oven to 200c.

  2. Place the apple slices & sugar in an oven proof pan.

  3. Rub the butter & flour together until it forms crumble.

  4. Scatter the crumble over the apple mixture in an even layer.

  5. Bake for 30-35 mins or until golden & apples are tender.
