A great recipe for chocolate and cheesecake lovers

  • For the cheesecake
  • 1egg
  • 225g cream cheese
  • 50g sugar
  • For the brownie
  • 115g dark chocolate
  • 115g butter
  • 150g sugar
  • 2eggs


    1. Mix together in a bowl all the ingredients for the cheesecake and set side
    2. Melt the dark chocolate in a bowl. When melted add the butter, sugar and eggs mixing well after each addition
    3. Butter a baking tin and dust with some flour.
    4. Spread 2/3 of the brownie mixture on the base of the tin. Spread the cheesecake mixture on top.
    5. Spoon the remaining brownie mixture in heaps then swirl the mixtures together
    6. Bake for 35 min in the oven 180C/fan 160C/gas 6

I'm glad I did a double take before making this! I also think there should be flour in this recipe.....

I think the recipe is wrong. It needs flour in the brownie! I tried it and made a burnt mess.
