Breakfast Shake

a simple to make shake to get you going in the morning with minimal washing up


  • 1 Ripe Bannana
  • 300ml of Milk

Why not try:

  • Tsp of coffee
  • Tsp of Hot Chocolate powder


  • STEP 1
    Firstly chop the Bannana into thick slices
  • STEP 2
    Then add to a mixer/blender/smoothie machine
  • STEP 3
    Next add enough milk to cover the chopped Bannanas
  • STEP 4
    Mix these together until nice and frothy
  • STEP 5
    To add that extra buzz in the why not add a tsp of coffee or chocolate powder
  • STEP 6
    Then pour into a glass and serve
