Ingredients
- 2 over ripe bananas
- 3/4 cup oatmeal
- 10 chopped almonds
- 2 tbl spoons coconut flour
Method
- STEP 1In a bowl mix together oatmeal, bananas, almonds and coconut flour.
- STEP 2With wet hands make litlle bowls of cookie mixture and put them on the baking paper.
- STEP 3Bake for about 10-15 minutes on 190°C or 374 F.
- STEP 4The best way to enjoy these cookies is with the glass of worm milk on these long and cold winter nights. :)
