  • 2 over ripe bananas
  • 3/4 cup oatmeal
  • 10 chopped almonds
  • 2 tbl spoons coconut flour


  1. In a bowl mix together oatmeal, bananas, almonds and coconut flour.

  2. With wet hands make litlle bowls of cookie mixture and put them on the baking paper.

  3. Bake for about 10-15 minutes on 190°C or 374 F.

  4. The best way to enjoy these cookies is with the glass of worm milk on these long and cold winter nights. :)
