Ingredients
- 1 freshly baked, small baguette - still warm
- good quality Brie - about 60g
- 1 small eating apple - red looks pretty
Method
- STEP 1Tear or slice open the baguette. Slice the Brie and lay it on one of the baguette halves.
- STEP 2Cut the apple in quarters, cut out the core and slice each quarter into 2 or 3 slices.
- STEP 3Lay the apple on top of the brie and sandwich the other baguette half on top. Eat.
