  • 1 freshly baked, small baguette - still warm
  • good quality Brie - about 60g
  • 1 small eating apple - red looks pretty

    1. Tear or slice open the baguette. Slice the Brie and lay it on one of the baguette halves.
    2. Cut the apple in quarters, cut out the core and slice each quarter into 2 or 3 slices.
    3. Lay the apple on top of the brie and sandwich the other baguette half on top. Eat.
