Ingredients

  • 1 freshly baked, small baguette - still warm
  • good quality Brie - about 60g
  • 1 small eating apple - red looks pretty

Method

  • STEP 1
    Tear or slice open the baguette. Slice the Brie and lay it on one of the baguette halves.
  • STEP 2
    Cut the apple in quarters, cut out the core and slice each quarter into 2 or 3 slices.
  • STEP 3
    Lay the apple on top of the brie and sandwich the other baguette half on top. Eat.
