    Method

    • step 1

      Slightly Flatten the chicken and add salt and pepper. Fry in salt and oil until cooked through. Remove from the an and cut into strips.

      In the same pan fry the shallots, garlic and tarragon until the shallots soften. Return the chick and add the creme fraiche and pasta, heat and enjoy!
