  • 1 red pepper
  • 1 green pepper
  • 1/2 onion
  • 4 tablespoons salsa
  • 4 tablespoons sour cream
  • 50g rocket
  • tbsp olive oil

Method

  • step 1

    Heat the olive oil in a frying pan and fry the onion and peppers until soft.
  • step 2

    Heat the wraps in the microwave for 10-15 seconds
  • step 3

    Tip the cooked onion and peppers into each wrap and flavour with the sour cream and salsa. Add a splash of rocket for some crunch!
