  • tomato puree
  • chopped or tinned tomato
  • Chesse
  • Oil
  • Water

For The Vegetables

  • macaroni

  • Mushrooms
  • Mixed Vegetables

Method

  • STEP 1
    Boil The Pasta.
  • STEP 2
    Chop The Courgette & Mushrooms.
  • STEP 3
    Fry The Salmon.
  • STEP 4
    Fry The Courgette & Mushrooms.
  • STEP 5
    When The Pasta Is Boiled Remove Water With The Colander.
  • STEP 6
    Fry All.
  • STEP 7
    Plate Them Food Up.
  • STEP 8
    Place Them Into The Microwave (If Cold.)
  • STEP 9
    Eat & Enjoy.
