  • 2 eggs (preferably free range!)
  • Teaspoon of milk
  • Pinch of pepper
  • Cooking oil

    Method

    • step 1

      Crack the eggs into a bowl and whisk with a fork until frothy.
    • step 2

      Add in the teaspoon of milk and stir. Add in the pepper, as much as you want.
    • step 3

      Pour some oil into the frying pan and wait for it to heat up. Pour your mixture in and flip to ensure both sides are brown.
