- 2 eggs (preferably free range!)
- Teaspoon of milk
- Pinch of pepper
- Cooking oil
Method

Crack the eggs into a bowl and whisk with a fork until frothy.step 2
Add in the teaspoon of milk and stir. Add in the pepper, as much as you want.step 3
Pour some oil into the frying pan and wait for it to heat up. Pour your mixture in and flip to ensure both sides are brown.step 4
