Yummy scrummy omelettes, easy to make!

Ingredients

  • 2 eggs (preferably free range!)
  • Teaspoon of milk
  • Pinch of pepper
  • Cooking oil

Method

  1. Crack the eggs into a bowl and whisk with a fork until frothy.

  2. Add in the teaspoon of milk and stir. Add in the pepper, as much as you want.

  3. Pour some oil into the frying pan and wait for it to heat up. Pour your mixture in and flip to ensure both sides are brown.

  4. Enjoy!
