Ingredients

  • Ciabatta Loaf
  • Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • Pesto
  • Red Onion
  • Tomato
  • Mozzerella Cheese

Method

  • STEP 1
    Slice the Ciabatta in half and slice lengthways into two.
  • STEP 2
    Place on griddle pan and toast outside, turn and drizzle olive oil on inside and griddle until crisp.
  • STEP 3
    Spread Pesto over the inside, layer the red onion, tomato and mozzerella cheese and pop under the grill until melted.
