Quick Mediterrean Toastie

Gorgeous Ciabatta loaf filled with fresh tomato, red onion, pesto and mozzerella cheese, toasted to make the most delicious toastie ever!
- Ciabatta Loaf
- Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- Red Onion
- Mozzerella Cheese
- STEP 1Slice the Ciabatta in half and slice lengthways into two.
- STEP 2Place on griddle pan and toast outside, turn and drizzle olive oil on inside and griddle until crisp.
- STEP 3Spread Pesto over the inside, layer the red onion, tomato and mozzerella cheese and pop under the grill until melted.
