- 1 Cucumber
- 250 ml Greek Yoghurt
- 10 g Dill
- 3 Sperout
- 100 ml Sparkling water
- STEP 1Grind the Cucumber and put it in the Pot.
- STEP 2Cut all the dill and then cut all the sprout and put it in the pot.
- STEP 3Then carefully pour the Greek Yoghurt and then mix it together.
- STEP 4And at last poor the Sparkling water and Breakfast, Lunch or Dinner is finished.
