  • 1 Cucumber
  • 250 ml Greek Yoghurt
  • 10 g Dill
  • 3 Sperout
  • 100 ml Sparkling water


  1. Grind the Cucumber and put it in the Pot.

  2. Cut all the dill and then cut all the sprout and put it in the pot.

  3. Then carefully pour the Greek Yoghurt and then mix it together.

  4. And at last poor the Sparkling water and Breakfast, Lunch or Dinner is finished.
