Healthy Burger Recipe

Have a great burger without a guilty feeling


  • Rice cake
  • Beef burger
  • Lettuce, tomatoes, pickles
  • Ketchup, mustard
  • 1 tbsp olive oil


  • STEP 1
    Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a frying pan and cook the beef burger. Depending on the size of the burger, it should take around 5 min to cook the burger.
  • STEP 2
    Add to the rice cake ketchup and mustard and place the burger on top.
  • STEP 3
    Add pickles, tomatoes and top the burger off with lettuce as the 'top bun'
