Crispy chicken broccoli bake

A great dish to serve up for friends. Easy to make and very tasty.

  • Four chicken breasts or one whole chicken, cooked
  • 400g broccoli, cooked but crunchy
  • One can of Campbell’s condensed chicken soup
  • Refil the can to measure one half mayonnaise, one half milk
  • 3 tsp curry powder (add more if you want it spicy)
  • grated cheese
  • one packet ready salted crisps, crushed


    1. Put the cooked chicken in a lasagne tray with the cooked broccoli.
    2. Mix the soup, mayo, milk and curry powder together and pour over the chicken.
    3. Top with grated cheese and put in the oven for 30 mins at 180.
    4. Take it out of the oven and top with the crunched up crisps.

Great recipe for kids to eat broccoli. Another where it is a family favourite.

This is an old family favourite in our house. I know it sounds awful with some odd ingredients together but it's delicious!
