Prawn Curry with spring onion

Ingredients

  • 370g of prawns
  • 60g of spring onion
  • 100g of cucumber
  • curry powder

Method

  • STEP 1
    Slice the cucumber and spring onion. Place into a wok with a splash of water. Add the curry powder and fry for 5 minutes
  • STEP 2
    Add the prawns and cook for five more minutes
