  • 340g of chicken breast
  • 60g of cauliflower
  • 60g of broccoli
  • 40g of cucumber
  • Piri Piri seasoning


  1. Dice the chicken breast, add seasoning and dry fry until cooked through

  2. Grate the cauliflower and broccoli together and cook for 2 minutes 20 seconds stirring half way through

  3. Dice the cucumber and serve everything together on a plate
