Piri Piri chicken with homemade couscous

  • 340g of chicken breast
  • 60g of cauliflower
  • 60g of broccoli
  • 40g of cucumber
  • Piri Piri seasoning


  • STEP 1
    Dice the chicken breast, add seasoning and dry fry until cooked through
  • STEP 2
    Grate the cauliflower and broccoli together and cook for 2 minutes 20 seconds stirring half way through
  • STEP 3
    Dice the cucumber and serve everything together on a plate
