- 340g of chicken breast
- 60g of cauliflower
- 60g of broccoli
- 40g of cucumber
- Piri Piri seasoning
Method
step 1
Dice the chicken breast, add seasoning and dry fry until cooked throughstep 2
Grate the cauliflower and broccoli together and cook for 2 minutes 20 seconds stirring half way throughstep 3
Dice the cucumber and serve everything together on a plate
