On a floured counter, roll dough into shape/size desired. Brush with oil on both sides.

Cook in a pre-heated oven for 10-20 mins. For pizza it's recommended to put in oven about 10 mins before putting topping on.

    question

Any tips on making sure this dough turns a little more solid in the oven? Ended up a little too doughy on this attempt, still lovely and so easy though!!

Hi, thanks for your question. Roll it out as thin and possible and turn your oven up - it's better to cook for a sorrter time in a hotter oven for a crisp pizza dough. We hope this helps. Best wishes, BBC Good Food Team.

Did not come together into a workable dough. Much more flour was needed to shape. The original mess stuck to everything! Very hard to clean up.
