chocolate fudge forever

this fudge is simply irrisistable
- 160ml milk
- 260g plain chocolate
- 3/4 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 pinch salt
- STEP 1in a medium sized sauce pan, melt chocolate in milk over low-medium heat. stir in vanilla and salt.
- STEP 2pour mixture onto ungreased 20cm square tin, even out, Chill for several hours until set.
- STEP 3cut into squares before serving.
