- STEP 1
preheat oven to 180'C gas mark 4 and place the muffin cases in the muffin tin.

mix in all the ingredients (except the fruit) to form a smooth batter.

stir in the fruit.

divide the mixture between the cases

bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown.

allow to cool then eat
