Serves 1 - 12 Muffins

these are so yummy. They taste the best when they are warm.

  • 250g self raising flour
  • 2 tsp. baking powder
  • 100g caster suger
  • 230ml semi skimmed milk
  • 1 egg
  • 60ml oil
  • 150g blueberries


    1. preheat oven to 180'C gas mark 4 and place the muffin cases in the muffin tin.
    2. mix in all the ingredients (except the fruit) to form a smooth batter.
    3. stir in the fruit.
    4. divide the mixture between the cases
    5. bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown.
    6. allow to cool then eat
