- 250g hulled strawberries
- 3 bananas, peeled
- 200ml fat free milk
- 100g natural yoghurt
- 1 tsp clear honey
Method

Add all the fruit into a blender. Pour in the milk, yoghurt and honey.step 2
Blend until smooth. Pour into a glass and drizzle with a little honey. Enjoy!
