Banana and Strawberry Smoothie

This healthy, super-easy recipe is a yummy treat for all ages!


  • 250g hulled strawberries
  • 3 bananas, peeled
  • 200ml fat free milk
  • 100g natural yoghurt
  • 1 tsp clear honey


  • STEP 1
    Add all the fruit into a blender. Pour in the milk, yoghurt and honey.
  • STEP 2
    Blend until smooth. Pour into a glass and drizzle with a little honey. Enjoy!
