  • apples
  • oranges
  • blueberries
  • strawberries
  • banana (only if u want it)
  • plums
  • apple/orange juice


  1. first cut up all of the fruit except the blueberries into chunks

  2. put all of the fruit into a bowl or tub

  3. pour in your choice of apple or orange juice

  4. enjoy your healthy snack
