  • 170 g unsweetened chocolate, broken in pieces
  • 60 ml (4 tablespoons) water
  • 15 ml (1 tablespoon) golden syrup
  • 5 ml instant coffee, dissolved in 15 ml boiling water
  • 15 g butter


    1. Melt the chocolate in a bowl over hot water or in the microwave.
    2. Add the other ingredients and stir until thin and shiny.
