  • 275g Oats
  • 225g Butter
  • 175g Demerara sugar
  • 75g Maple syrup
  • 1 Banana
  • 25g Dried apricots
  • 100g Dried fruit berries
  • 25g Chopped walnuts
  • 25g Pumpkin seeds
  • 25g Dark chocolate chips
  • 1 tbsp Runny honey
  • 30g Hemp seeds
  • 30g Chia seeds


  1. Pre-heat the oven on gas mark 3. Mix oats, banana, chocolate chips, dried fruit, chopped walnuts and pumpkin seeds in a bowl.

  2. In a small saucepan place butter, sugar, honey and syrup. Melt gently together over a low heat.

  3. Pour the melted syrup mixture into the oats and stir together until ingredients evenly coated.

  4. Spoon onto a greased and lined tin. Flatten out until smooth and it takes up all the corners of the tray.

  5. Place on the middle shelf of the pre-heated oven and cook for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
