Ingredients
- 275g Oats
- 225g Butter
- 175g Demerara sugar
- 75g Maple syrup
- 1 Banana
- 25g Dried apricots
- 100g Dried fruit berries
- 25g Chopped walnuts
- 25g Pumpkin seeds
- 25g Dark chocolate chips
- 1 tbsp Runny honey
- 30g Hemp seeds
- 30g Chia seeds
Method
- STEP 1Pre-heat the oven on gas mark 3. Mix oats, banana, chocolate chips, dried fruit, chopped walnuts and pumpkin seeds in a bowl.
- STEP 2In a small saucepan place butter, sugar, honey and syrup. Melt gently together over a low heat.
- STEP 3Pour the melted syrup mixture into the oats and stir together until ingredients evenly coated.
- STEP 4Spoon onto a greased and lined tin. Flatten out until smooth and it takes up all the corners of the tray.
- STEP 5Place on the middle shelf of the pre-heated oven and cook for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
