- STEP 1
Pre-heat the oven on gas mark 3. Mix oats, banana, chocolate chips, dried fruit, chopped walnuts and pumpkin seeds in a bowl.

In a small saucepan place butter, sugar, honey and syrup. Melt gently together over a low heat.

Pour the melted syrup mixture into the oats and stir together until ingredients evenly coated.
- STEP 4
Spoon onto a greased and lined tin. Flatten out until smooth and it takes up all the corners of the tray.
- STEP 5
Place on the middle shelf of the pre-heated oven and cook for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
