Granny's Flapjacks

Ingredients
- 150g (6oz) Margarine
- 100g (4oz) Demerara sugar
- 20ml (1tbsp) Golden syrup
- 200g (8oz) Porridge Oats
Method
- STEP 1Grease a baking tin of about 30x20cm (11"x7") and line with baking parchment
- STEP 2Pre-heat oven to 180C or Gas Mark 4
- STEP 3Melt the margarine, syrup and sugar in a hot pan
- STEP 4Take off the heat and stir in the porridge oats
- STEP 5Pour and spread evenly into the baking tin for 20mins (or until golden) at 180C/Gas Mark 4
