  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries

  • 3 tbsp balsamic vinegar

  • 5 cups baby spinach

      Whisk oil, vinegar and salt in large bowl
    • step 3

      Stir in cooked quinoa, cranberries, spinach, onion and yellow pepper.
