Cottage Scrambled Eggs

- 3 Eggs
- 1/4 Cup Cottage Cheese
- STEP 1Put eggs, cottage cheese, salt and pepper into blender. Blend until smooth.
- STEP 2In a small fry pan, melt enough butter to coat bottom. Pour eggs into fry pan.
- STEP 3Without stirring, gently push cooked portion to centre and continue until all eggs are fully cooked but not dry.
