Cottage Scrambled Eggs

Creamy and Protein enriched scrambled eggs


  • 3 Eggs
  • 1/4 Cup Cottage Cheese
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Butter


  • STEP 1
    Put eggs, cottage cheese, salt and pepper into blender. Blend until smooth.
  • STEP 2
    In a small fry pan, melt enough butter to coat bottom. Pour eggs into fry pan.
  • STEP 3
    Without stirring, gently push cooked portion to centre and continue until all eggs are fully cooked but not dry.
