Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • An onion, sliced
  • A leek, sliced
  • 100ml Double cream
  • 50g Edam, chopped

Method

  • STEP 1
    Heat the oil and cook the leek and onion over a low heat for about 5 minutes
  • STEP 2
    Add the cream and cheese and simmer for 3-4 minutes
