  • 100g Butter
  • 2 Tbsp of golden Syrup
  • 2 Tspb of Caster Sugar
  • 225g digestives
  • 25g Cocoa Powder

  • 100g Butter
  • 2 Tbsp of golden Syrup

  • 225g Chocolate

    Method

    • step 1

      Melt margarine, syrup and sugar in a pan over a gentle heat.
    • step 2

      Break biscuit into crumbs.
    • step 3

      Take pan off the heat when melted and add in the biscuits and cocoa powder.
    • step 4

      Pour into a greased tin and press down before letting it chill.
    • step 5

      Once chilled melt the chocolate and pour over the cold mixture and leave the chocolate to set.
