- 100g Butter
- 2 Tbsp of golden Syrup
- 2 Tspb of Caster Sugar
- 225g digestives
- 25g Cocoa Powder
Topping
- 100g Butter
- 2 Tbsp of golden Syrup
- 2 Tspb of Caster Sugar
- 225g digestives
- 25g Cocoa Powder
- 225g Chocolate
Method
step 1
Melt margarine, syrup and sugar in a pan over a gentle heat.step 2
Break biscuit into crumbs.step 3
Take pan off the heat when melted and add in the biscuits and cocoa powder.step 4
Pour into a greased tin and press down before letting it chill.step 5
Once chilled melt the chocolate and pour over the cold mixture and leave the chocolate to set.
