  • 100g Butter
  • 2 Tbsp of golden Syrup
  • 2 Tspb of Caster Sugar
  • 225g digestives
  • 25g Cocoa Powder


  • 225g Chocolate


  1. Melt margarine, syrup and sugar in a pan over a gentle heat.

  2. Break biscuit into crumbs.

  3. Take pan off the heat when melted and add in the biscuits and cocoa powder.

  4. Pour into a greased tin and press down before letting it chill.

  5. Once chilled melt the chocolate and pour over the cold mixture and leave the chocolate to set.
