French onion potato bake

Ingredients
- 4-5 large potatoes
- 1 pk French Onion Soup
- 250 ml Cream
- Handful of grated cheese
Method
- STEP 1Preheat oven to 180C
- STEP 2Peel the potatoes. Then, using a mandolin, thinly slice the potatoes and arrange in a microwave/oven safe dish. Cover with cling film.
- STEP 3Place in microwave on high, until potatoes are just cooked, 7 minutes on average. Meanwhile, mix together French Onion Soup mix and cream.
- STEP 4When potatoes are ready, pour cream mixture over potatoes, then sprinkle over cheese.
- STEP 5Place in oven until cheese is melted.
