Coriander Raita

Very simple recipe for the familiar accompaniment to curries


  • half cucumber diced to 1/2 cm
  • 1 tsp finely chopped mint
  • 1 tsp cumin powder
  • 2 tbsp finely chopped coriander
  • around 150 ml thick nagural yogurt (enough to cover ingredients


  • STEP 1
    Just mix the ingredients in a serving/dipping pot and keep chilled until ready to serve.
