- Chicken Stock
- Ginger
- Bok Choi
- Spring Onion
- Any other veg
- Chilli (optional)
Method
step 1
Combine soy sauce, ginger, chilli and veg in saucepan and heatstep 2
Add chicken stock and allow soup to simmer for as long as you like
