    Method

    • step 1

      cut Onions or pumpkin or turnip into thick chunks
    • step 2

      warm in frying pan
    • step 3

      Add seasoning, herbs and flour to thicken
    • step 4

      Pour over veg stock. Simmer for 30 mins
