- turnip or parsnips
- veg stock
- flour for thickening
- seasoning
Method
- STEP 1cut Onions or pumpkin or turnip into thick chunks
- STEP 2warm in frying pan
- STEP 3Add seasoning, herbs and flour to thicken
- STEP 4Pour over veg stock. Simmer for 30 mins
