Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- Pinch of salt
- White wine vinegar
- Cornflour
- 250g Caster sugar
Method
- STEP 14 egg whites pinch of salt Whisk away Once soft peaks (ensure they are definite peaks) then add 250 g caster sugar gradually
- STEP 2Add2 teaspoon of cornflour 1 teaspoon of white vinegar (these 2 elements are important make is crisp on the outside and soft inside) put in greasproof paper like a cake size
- STEP 3put it in a oven at 180 and then the minute it goes in turn down to 150 Cook for an hour in the oven then leave in oven to cool overnight
