Masala potatoes and quick and wholesome food and can be done very quickly.
- Potatoes - 3-4 large
- Coriander seeds- 1/2 tsp
- Onion seeds (Kalonji) - - 1/2 tsp
- chopped green chillies - 1 large
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooking oil- 1 tbsp
- STEP 1Boil potatoes and cut in small cubes
- STEP 2In a baking tray mix cut potatoes with all ingredients and bake for 10 min
- STEP 3Serve hot
