Masala Potatoes

Masala potatoes and quick and wholesome food and can be done very quickly.


  • Potatoes - 3-4 large
  • Coriander seeds- 1/2 tsp
  • Onion seeds (Kalonji) - - 1/2 tsp
  • chopped green chillies - 1 large
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooking oil- 1 tbsp


  • STEP 1
    Boil potatoes and cut in small cubes
  • STEP 2
    In a baking tray mix cut potatoes with all ingredients and bake for 10 min
  • STEP 3
    Serve hot
