Marshmallow Fondant

Really easy to make.


  • Two packs of marshmallow
  • Two tbsp of water
  • 450g of confectionar sugar


  • STEP 1
    Melt the marshmallow with water.
  • STEP 2
    Use a mixer to mix the melted marshmallow and sugar.
  • STEP 3
    Take it out of the bowl and start mixing until the mixture in stretchy. Add some solid vegetable oil to stop it from sticking.
