Char Sui Pork


  • Pork Loin
  • 2 slices garlic
  • 2 slices of ginger
  • 2 tablespoons of Hoi Sin sauce
  • 4 tablespoons of sugar
  • Star Anise
  • Chinese 5 spice


  • STEP 1
    Mix all together and marinate for minimum of 2 hours
  • STEP 2
    Heat for 10 minutes at 210 degrees then reduce to 180 and cook for a further 40 minutes.
