"You-Go-Girl" comprises an abundance of antioxidants, vitamins and minerals. Furthermore, Ginger encompasses Zinc, Magnesium and Chromium; thus promoting a healthy circulation of the blood.

  • 1 tsp Root Ginger (grated)
  • 40g Celery (chopped)
  • 40g Cucumber (chopped)
  • 90g Conference Pear (chopped)
  • 10g Rainbow Chard
  • 50ml Water


  1. Prepare the ingredients. Transfer to blender. Pulverise until the desired consistency is attained. You-Go-Girl ;)
