"You-Go-Girl" Green Smoothie

"You-Go-Girl" comprises an abundance of antioxidants, vitamins and minerals. Furthermore, Ginger encompasses Zinc, Magnesium and Chromium; thus promoting a healthy circulation of the blood.
- 1 tsp Root Ginger (grated)
- 40g Celery (chopped)
- 40g Cucumber (chopped)
- 90g Conference Pear (chopped)
- 10g Rainbow Chard
- 50ml Water
- STEP 1Prepare the ingredients. Transfer to blender. Pulverise until the desired consistency is attained. You-Go-Girl ;)
